Oklahoma State Displays 10 Commandments

In a shocking display of common sense, and to the displeasure of politically correct liberals everywhere, the State of Oklahoma passed measure 1330 earlier this year, that allows the 10 Commandments to be posted in the State Capitol building.

You can’t see me, but I’m rolling in my chair laughing right now as I picture the Nancy Pelosi’s and others of her ilk as they tremble and fret over this direct assault on their fuzzy morals.

Congressman Ritze, R-Broken Arrow, said the monument will re-emphasize the history and heritage of America’s legal system.

“Our laws spring from English law, which is ultimately rooted in Mosaic Law,” he said.

“The history of many of our current laws can be traced to the Ten Commandments, and this monument will simply acknowledge that heritage.”

Liberals every where are screaming, “Outrageous! Preposterous! Call in the ACLU, somebody do SOMETHING! The 10 Commandments! But that could lead to morality, decency, honesty, and a general disregard of everything we hold dear!”

OK, I’m back in my chair now. And as my dad says at the bottom of every e-mail he sends out:

“Everythings going to be alright.”
